SHIPPING INFORMATION

InOro Cosmetics ships across Europe with GLS. Your order can be sent to the address of your choosing (home, work, etc. – not a PO box). Most items are usually shipped within 24 hours. Shipping time is usually 2-3 business days.

TRACKING THE SHIPMENT

Once the ordered product has been shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail from InOro Cosmetics confirming the order and a subsequent e-mail from GLS which includes the shipping number and a direct link to the GLS site, allowing shipment status to be monitored. In case of customs delay, the customer will be notified directly by GLS.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders paid by PayPal or with credit card depart from our logistics office from Monday to Friday within 24/48 hours of receipt and are delivered within 24/48 hours (72 hours for islands and remote places), Saturdays and holidays excluded. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed the following Monday.

For orders placed by bank transfer, the shipment will be sent on the day that our account is credited.

Products are delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the day specified in the e-mail notification. The notification is sent upon receipt of the order and the evening before delivery.

PACKAGE CONDITION

Before signing the courier receipt, we ask you to check the condition of the package. If it appears damaged, please write “damaged package” or “goods received unchecked” next to the signature.

If the products inside are also damaged, please take a few photos and contact us as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

We can NOT accept complaints if no report has been made on the delivery note.

Attention: it is necessary to be available during these times since couriers never call before delivery.

Please note that, for most items, we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are used as a guide only and begin on the date the shipment is sent. InOro Cosmetics is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs security processes at the destination. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

STORAGE COSTS IN ITALY

If the recipient is absent, the courier will try again the following day. After two consecutive attempts, the package will be stored and must be collected, at your own expense, at the specified GLS office, within 10 days of the attempted redelivery.
Beyond this limit, the purchase will be canceled pursuant to civil code art. 1456. The package will be sent back to the sender who will refund the order.
